At Boho Hues, I take care in packaging and shipping each piece of art to ensure it arrives safely to you. Please review the details below:

1. Processing Time

   • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated (for example, custom or made-to-order items).

   • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

   • Standard shipping carriers are used (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an extra charge.

3. Delivery Time

   • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed.

4. International Shipping

   • International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply. Boho Hues is not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Packaging

   • All artwork is carefully packaged for safe delivery. Prints and smaller pieces may be shipped flat or rolled in a protective tube; original paintings and larger pieces are securely boxed.

6. Shipping Liability

   • Boho Hues is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the carrier.

   • If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can assist with a resolution.
